This group was founded for vegan (& veg) children and teens to have a group of their own and find comraderie with like-minded peers. We are open to suggestions for meetup locations and/or events. I have a family of five and it always concerned me when ever I saw the produce and groceries with more commercial value than the nutritional value. I always wondered the disappearance of those vegetable gardens in the backyard where we played picking the produce and home growers who exchanged/shared their vegetables with other members in the community and thus built a stronger and healthy community in the past.
